1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The saree must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original condition
- With all tags, packaging, and accessories intact
- Products showing signs of use, damage, perfume, stains, or alterations will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or altered sarees
- Blouse-stitched sarees
- Discounted, clearance, or sale items
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
3. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive:
- A damaged saree
- A defective item
- A wrong product
Please contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order details
- Clear photos/videos of the product

4. Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
- Approved refunds will be credited within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
- In case of Cash on Delivery orders, customers may be asked to provide bank account details for refund processing.
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Customers can request exchange for:
- Size issue (if applicable)
- Damaged or incorrect product
- Exchange requests must be made within the return period.
6. Return Shipping
- Customers may be required to bear return shipping charges unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
- Proper packaging is required while returning the product to avoid transit damage.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
